Hyatt House Dallas Addison

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were very welcoming from arrival to departure. I really need to remember staff names to shout them out especially when they make you feel like family. Breakfast was also good. In addition to the regular food spread, there's also a live station where you can get omelettes (or any special item) made on the spot. There's a bar on site in the lobby/breakfast area. If you like to sip and mingle this is the spot for you. They're quite generous with the liquor as well (HA HA!) If you're an aviation geek like myself you'll enjoy this because it's close to the Addison airport so there are light GA aircraft and business jets passing over often.

The rooms were spacious and clean. They upgraded my room on arrival so me and my sister had two big rooms to ourselves. It was beautiful. They also granted us late check out till 1pm.

well manicured, the pool was amazing but the hot tub was working but had no heat. the front desk staff was super friendly and pleasant. the rooms were exceptionally clean. I will continue to stay here when I travel to the DFW area.

It is a good hotel and is well managed and is in a good location. I stayed for a long period and it was ideal for that duration. Breakfast, and room size were good and the space as so useful for 4 of us.

I was traveling solo with two dogs. This property had an amazing grassy area that was very safe from the busy city. It was the best value, most spacious and comfortable, and the most accepting of my dogs of any of the 5 places I stayed on my road trip. Thank You Hyatt House!!
