Hyatt House Dallas Addison

The Addison location hide house was very good because I stayed at another Hyde house in Las Colinas Irving and lost all my food that cause I was there for like seven days even though they did give me a day stay but everything was broken over there. The maintenance was horrible, but here I’m very impressed. Other than that I’ll be back very reasonable and now since I’m a member I just want to add up my points to see can I get a couple of days of relaxation till I can find me an apartment? It’s been real stressful but come here has been stress-free. Thank you for your services.

Friendly and helpful staff!

Maintenance was quick to handle the only 2 small issues . At check-in the AC in the room wasn't working but once they were notified the problem was solved immediately. They also turned the grills on within minutes of the request.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were very welcoming from arrival to departure. I really need to remember staff names to shout them out especially when they make you feel like family. Breakfast was also good. In addition to the regular food spread, there's also a live station where you can get omelettes (or any special item) made on the spot. There's a bar on site in the lobby/breakfast area. If you like to sip and mingle this is the spot for you. They're quite generous with the liquor as well (HA HA!) If you're an aviation geek like myself you'll enjoy this because it's close to the Addison airport so there are light GA aircraft and business jets passing over often.

The room sizes & comfort was great. Staff was very friendly & when asking for anything they were helpful.
